Maintenance Service Request Portal For Residents
The Facilities and Maintenance Team for Gammon Hall is committed to timely and transparent communications to residents about maintenance work. To provide residents with up-to-date status information on repair work, we created this portal allowing residents to submit work .

Evening maintenance requests will be assessed according to whether they are emergencies or non-emergencies. If not, an emergency weekend/holiday maintenance request will be evaluated the next business day.
Need something fixed in your room? Need to report a problem?
Our facilities staff will receive your request within 24 hours of your submission and respond as quickly as possible. Please provide a detailed description of the problem so our maintenance staff is prepared to help you.

If it is something like changing a light bulb, it is no problem. Most of the time, it can be done on the same day but within 24 hours.
Emergency Maintenance
In case of an emergency, such as

If there is flooding or a total power outage, please call Mr. Brewer at (678) 230-2523. Note: If your toilet is overflowing, please turn off the water to minimize damage. If there is no danger to the property or person, please submit a maintenance request.

If there is a problem in the public areas, such as floor lounges, hallways, stairwells, and exterior doors, please report it. Please don’t assume someone else reported it.

When requesting emergency work for public areas, you can help us by indicating the floor or doorway entry (e.g., Student lounge or Student entry door).

Emergency Maintenance issues can also be reported to security between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.

As a Reminder:

Most problems will be assessed within 24 hours of reporting in the housing portal.

Routine reports made on Friday or during the weekend will be followed up on the next business day.
